Below you will find some frequently asked questions I receive from many of my clients. I have tried to answer all of your questions and concerns however if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please send use the chat feature on the bottom right corner and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

What Makes Goddess Nails & Beauty Bar the New Go-To?

Clients love that we are clean, they can communicate what they want, and they do not feel rushed when getting services done. We offer unisex services therefore no one is excluded.  

Do You Have a Referral System?

Yes, if a client brings a friend that they referred s/he will receive $5 off of their service. We also have more bonuses more referrals through out the year so join our email subscriber list. 

Do You Offer Private Events?

Private events are available by calling to inquire about the event, time of day, and how many people will be attending. Private events are held only inside Goddess Nails and Beauty Bar. Non-refundable deposits are due upon booking the private event. These deposits go towards the space, supplies, tools, and time set aside for your event. 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay, and cash. No Venmo or Cash App unless it's linked to your Apple Pay or Google Pay. No personal checks or money orders are accepted. 

All payments are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges. 

What If I'm Running Late?

Arriving late to your appointment will be $5 after 10 minutes you are late. If you are late more than 10 minutes, it will be $5 every 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule and pay another non-refundable deposit. 

When you arrive late, that is the time being taken away from your appointment. Please avoid being tardy by arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. 

Loyalty Points

Yes. Loyalty points are given each time you complete an appointment. Once you get to get to a certain amount, you will receive an email alert. Points can be redeemed towards more services. 

Are You Taking Health & Safety Precautions for  COVID-19 and COVID  VARIANTS?

Yes and most definitely! Masks are required for ALL APPOINTMENTS, especially Microblading appointments. 

Please do not come to an appointment if you have been exposed to someone with COVID symptoms or have tested positive for COVID. Cancel your appointment if you have symptoms such as coughing, nausea, loose stools, nasal drainage, chest pains, throat pains, and body aches, or more associated with COVID and the VARIANTS.

If you do not cancel the appointment, it will be canceled for you.

Can I Get an Service Not Listed on the Menu?

Of course! If you have seen or heard of a service that you want to try, book an appointment for a similar service, and when you arrive show us videos and pictures. We will do our best to match it. Please know this is especially for NAIL APPOINTMENTS, not facials or microblading.
